Nestled in a green setting, this charming Charentaise house offers an ideal setting for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, rich in discoveries of the local flora and fauna. This bright house, located in a calm environment, has a small veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday dishes as well as dishes for entertaining guests, and includes a wide variety of household appliances. In the living room, you will find a desk for your laptop, 4G Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, and an adjustable "yoyo" table.



Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an attic bedroom with three single beds. The furthest bed is particularly suitable for a child. All mattresses are high-quality, ensuring optimal comfort. The skylight windows are equipped with blinds, both in the attic bedroom and in the bathroom, with a rod for easy opening and closing. Remember to close the skylight properly to ensure good insulation. The house also has reversible air conditioning on the ground floor.



The accommodation is fully autonomous and two free parking spaces are available to the right of the house. A small terrace, topped with a motorized awning, allows you to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility. A glass recycling container is available in the town for selective sorting. Maison de vacances petite mais conviviale plutôt pour 2 à 3 personnes maxi , plutôt bien équipée , qui se trouve dans un village dans les marais ostréicoles à 10 kms de Marennes d’Oleron . Voiture indispensable pour découvrir cette belle région et tout faire … Bémol : pas de Wifi pour nous de tout le séjour , débranché à la source du village malheureusement et aucune réactivité du propriétaire . Donc pas de télé …Autre point , pas de possibilité de profiter de l extérieur , rien de prévu pour . La terrasse annoncée n en est pas une, il s’agit plutôt d une mini véranda de 50 cms sur 1 mois juste bonne à mettre le linge à sécher . D autre part il n y a qu une chambre à coucher sympa pour un couple à l étage . La 2 e chambre présentée avec 3 couchages simples est en réalité sous la toiture avec des poutres , le seul lit véritablement accessible est près de la porte , il y a un petit vellux en guise de fenêtre et il fait très chaud . Attention à la tête des qu on avance d un mètre . L’annonce ainsi que les photos font penser à une maison bien plus spacieuse pour 7 personnes … évidemment il y a un canapé lit dans le séjour que nous n avons pas testé …
