Located in the heart of a small village far from the hustle and bustle, Annie and Pascal's gîte is a carefully restored 19th-century schoolhouse.

Nearby: Brioude (Watercolor Biennial, Lace Museum, Salmon Museum, Mandrin House, basilica, etc.) 10 km away, Ally (windmills, wind farm, silver and antimony mines) 14 km away. All shops and services are available in Brioude (10 km). With its large windows opening onto the outdoors, the house also offers access to a pleasant, sunny, enclosed 25 m² terrace and an unfenced 200 m² garden dotted with flowerbeds.

On the ground floor, the large living room features a closed fireplace facing the kitchen area and a sitting area extending from the dining room. On the same level, there is also a small shower room and a separate toilet.

The three bedrooms, each accommodating two people (one queen bed and two double beds), are located on the first floor (direct access is possible via an external staircase). The largest bedroom opens onto a spacious veranda with a lounge area and independent access from the shared hallway. There is also a large shower room and a separate toilet.

Optional services:

- Electric heating via underfloor heating is available at an additional cost based on consumption. Firewood for the fireplace is available at an additional cost: €15 per crate.

- Cleaning service is available upon request to the owner upon arrival: €70. A security deposit of the same amount will be required if this option is not selected. - Bed linen can be rented for €10 per bed and towels for €10 per person (payable on arrival to the owner).

From Brioude, follow the direction of Saint-Flour by the D12 then take the D122 in the direction of St Just near Brioude. At the entrance to the village, take the road to the left towards Villeneuve d'Allier then continue on the D171. Left to a place called Brenat.
