In a quiet residence in the heart of the village, with lift, private parking in the residence, ski locker in the building, green spaces:
T2 apartment including:
- Entrance hall
- 1 Bedroom with large closets
.- A living room with convertible sofa (possibility of 1 Fireside chair)
- Kitchen with new equipment (ceramic hob, oven - microwave, self-cooker, blender, dishwasher 9 place settings + small freezer
- Bathroom with washing machine and towel dryer.

- A Balcony with rattan lounge
The strong points in WINTER:
- free shuttle stop in front of the residence for the gondola (7 minutes on the slopes) ice rink in the center of the village, cinema room, medical center opposite the residence, doctor, physiotherapist, dentist, etc. for 2020
- cable car 100 m away (ski lessons, children's area and beginners at Pla d'Adet) every Saturday morning the market with many producers.
Strong points in SUMMER:
- 50 m from the main street, its shops, cafes and restaurants, swimming pool, walks in the park near the thalassotherapy center, Saturday morning market with many producers,
