Nous venons de louer l’appartement pour une durĂ©e de trois jours. Bien que le prix ne soit pas excessif, nous estimons qu’il est essentiel d’offrir un service de qualitĂ© aux clients. Tout d’abord, le volet de la piĂšce principale est hors d’usage, ce qui nous laisse dans l’obscuritĂ© en permanence, Ă  l’exception de l’éclairage du plafonnier. Ensuite, nous avons trouvĂ© de la vaisselle sale, comprenant des bols, des assiettes et des couverts. Le matelas du canapĂ©-lit est inutilisable : il est coupĂ© en deux, sale et boulochĂ©. De plus, l’aspirateur n’a pas Ă©tĂ© vidĂ© et est rempli de saletĂ©. Est-il vraiment normal que ce soit aux nouveaux clients de nettoyer un appartement louĂ© pour trois jours ?Les couettes et couvertures laissĂ©es sur le lit gigogne Ă©taient roulĂ©es en boule, dĂ©gageant une odeur d’humiditĂ© et donnant une impression peu accueillante. Des problĂšmes de branchements oĂč nous pouvons pas brancher le lave linge en prenant notre douche pour des raisons « de securité » (pancarte affichĂ©e dans la salle de bain)! L’hĂŽte ne vĂ©rifie pas ce qu’il se passe dans l’appartement avant l’arrivĂ©e des locataires ! Ce n’était vraiment pas Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes.
