4 bedrooms and a small double-bedded living room / games room, 2 bathrooms, a large loggia relaxation area / sunbathing area, fully equipped kitchen, living room / dining room (connected TV, sound bar, game console, sofa corner, etc…) and 2 exteriors fitted out to take advantage of the Catalan sun!

At the front of the house, sheltered by the mulberry tree, a small sitting area with sunbathing and dining area.
Behind the shelter of prying eyes, wooden terrace with barbecue, summer kitchen, farmer's table for large tables, a corner with garden furniture for your coffee breaks and / or aperitif and another 2 sunbathings to complete the all !
