In the heart of Lauragais, you will discover the riches of the territory: lake, Canal du Midi (cycling, walking, cruise 18km away), country houses... Shared unfenced garden with private space, covered terrace, garage. Lac de la Thésauque (swimming, water games), Auterive (treetop adventure park, canoeing) and Nailloux brand village 9km away. Ground floor: entrance hall (garage access, washing machine, tumble dryer), kitchen (after a few steps, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee pod and filter machines, kettle, toaster, 3 induction hobs, dishwasher, raclette machine), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm) with possible independent access and its bathroom/WC equipped for people with reduced mobility, separate WC.
