Lovely house with pool and garden
Come and stay in this lovely holiday home with swimming pool. Located in Saint Léon sur Vézère, near the Buddhist centres of the Jor coast, it offers a peaceful setting in the heart of Périgord Noir. Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will enjoy a verdant garden, a swimming pool to cool off on fine days and a plancha for your summer meals. It is the perfect place to recharge in the heart of nature, ideal for lovers of wide open spaces and tranquillity. A true invitation to disconnect, to calm and to relaxation.

The house is situated on three levels, with rather steep and narrow stairs.
The kitchen is located in the basement and has a low ceiling (1.80m). It is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and will allow you to cook as at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.
Go up the stairs to reach the ground floor and discover the dining room for six people, next to the decorative fireplace, as well as the lounge area, ideal for you to relax in the evening on the sofas after a long day of exploring the region.
The accommodation has three bedrooms. The first, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm). The other two are on the upper floor: one also has a double bed (140x190 cm) and the other, in a mezzanine (not enclosed), has two single beds (90x190cm) that can be pushed together to form a large double bed.
The bathroom, with bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer, as well as an independent toilet, are located in the basement.
The accommodation does not have private parking. However, you will be able to easily park further up the street, 50 metres from the house.
The house may be cooler when outside temperatures are low, but supplementary heaters are available for your comfort.
