Très beau logement mais...

Logement très bien agencé et conforme aux photos, très pratique grâce aux lave-linge et sèche-linge et minimum de départ fourni (thé, café, sucre, papier toilette...) . Immeuble très sympa et propre. Voisins très sympas. La place de garage est effectivement difficile d'utilisation avec une grande voiture. Mais nous avons pu utiliser le grand parking (gratuit) en bas de la résidence. Mon bémol serait plutôt sur des détails d'utilisation : - malgré ma demande et la confirmation recue, pas de blender dans la cuisine - nous ne pouvions pas nous servir des couvertures (rangées dans les placards) sans devoir les laver nous-mêmes avant notre départ (d'après Laeticia) alors que nous sommes venus pendant l'hiver là bas ! - de même, elle a précisé que même si nous avions opté (et payé) pour le nettoyage de l'appartement, les conditions de location de Keepkaz prévoyaient que nous fassions le ménage. Elle a bien insisté sur le fait que des vacanciers laissaient régulièrement du sable dans un coin de l'appartement, après l'avoir balayé. Je trouve ca assez singulier comme remarque étant donné que 1) nous sommes sur une île et 2) le fait d'être à 5 min de la plage fait partie des avantages mis en avant. D'après elle, ca n'était pas gérable autrement si nous ne procédions pas ainsi. Même si je peux entendre ses difficultés, j'estime que ca n'est pas aux clients de subir les problèmes de gestion des locations ou les défaillances d'organisation. Cela mis à part, c'était très bien.

Vacances en famille (avec 2 ados). L’appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Très propre. Fonctionnel. Excellente literie. Cuisine moderne. Une vue de dingue. Très bien situé. A 5mn à pied de la plage et du centre ville avec un tas de commerces à proximité. Vraiment rien a dire sinon qu’on reviendra !! C’était Top. Stéphanie

Séjour St Leu : très bien accueillis

Appartement super à tous points de vue : emplacement, appartement lui même : très fonctionnel, propre, agréable avec une belle terrasse, 2 grandes chambres. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Un garage, certes il faut prendre l'habitude pour y accéder, grande voituredéconseillée

Superbe appartement, très bien placé

Superbe appartement où rien ne manque en terme d'équipements et de confort. Sa localisation est parfaite pour profiter des commerces, du marché le samedi matin et du magnifique lagon de Saint-Leu accessible en 5 min à pied. Sans oublier sa terrasse avec vue sur mer. Sincèrement parfait !

Très bel appartement, qui va même au-delà du descriptif. Tout est bien pensé, tout ce qui est mis à disposition est de qualité, et de plus la décoration est soignée . Vraiment, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous reviendrons dès que possible, Allez-y, en toute confiance !

Excellent séjour

Très bel appartement, neuf, et parfaitement équipé : lave-linge, sèche-linge, lave vaisselle, etc. Agréable vue sur la mer ainsi que sur la montagne de la terrasse de l'appartement. Une place de parking en sous-sol est également disponible. Attention toutefois, le parking exige quelques manoeuvres... :) Le logement est situé dans une résidence calme située à proximité du centre de Saint Leu : les commerces sont accessibles à pied tout comme la plage surveillée. Malgré la proximité du centre, l'appartement reste à l'écart des axes de circulation, ce qui est apréciable. Un grand merci également aux propriétaires qui ont été arrangeants sur les horaires pour la récupération et la restitution des clés de l'appartement. En bref, un excellent point de chute pour la visite de l'île.
