Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour , mĂȘme si cela Ă©tait trĂšs court, d'une nuit. La chambre Ă©tait spacieuse ,pour 4 adultes, trĂ©s bien situĂ©e face Ă  la mer. Chambre trĂšs trĂšs propre et surtout trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, pour les longs sĂ©jours. La piscine est un peu petite, surtout en forte affluence. Bravo Ă  l'Ă©quipe prĂ©sente, fort sympathique et professionnelle. On reviendra

SĂ©jour d’une nuit il fallait faire un Ă©tat des lieux d’entrĂ©e (compter chaque couvert, chaque serviette, etc..) et de sortie (obligation de choisir un crĂ©neau avant le check out qui est Ă  10h). Cours d’aquagym Ă  8h dans la piscine avec musique en dessous de la fenĂȘtre. Piscine blindĂ©e, nuit sur un clic clac trĂšs dur au prix d’un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles. Des jeunes qui font la fĂȘte dans les appartements voisins. TrĂšs dĂ©cevant

Pas idéal pour venir en couple

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en couple le week-end du 14/07 (2 nuits). Plusieurs choses : - Si vous venez en famille, c’est appropriĂ© et vous passerez un bon sĂ©jour. Cependant si vous venez en couple, il faut savoir que c’est trĂšs bruyant, avec une ambiance « colonie de vacances » par moments (surtout dans les espaces communs). Ce n’est pas idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre et ce n’est pas romantique. - Le parking est payant, et sur rĂ©servation. Nous avions pensĂ© Ă  rĂ©server, mais si vous venez un week-end ou un moment de forte affluence, ça sera complet. - Les gens de l’accueil n’ont vraiment pas Ă©tĂ© conciliants quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s : nous avions la voiture remplie, la rue a l’extĂ©rieur Ă©tait remplie de vĂ©hicules (garĂ©s ET en double file). Nous avons trouvĂ© l’entrĂ©e du parking un peu plus loin, et nous sommes mis devant le portail en espĂ©rant qu’ils ouvriraient. On appelle l’accueil et ils refusent catĂ©goriquement, nous disant qu’il faut check in d’abord, donc qu’il faut obligatoirement ressortir la voiture et galĂ©rer dans la rue (alors que nous avons RESERVÉ le parking et donnĂ© notre nom). Heureusement un employĂ© du parking trĂšs gentil a acceptĂ© de nous ouvrir (pas grĂące aux personnes de l’accueil..) - L’hĂŽtel est beau est propre, mais ne pensez ps qu’il s’agit d’un HÔTEL 4 Ă©toiles, c’est une RÉSIDENCE 4 Ă©toiles, et le standing est trĂšs diffĂ©rent. Il equivaut Ă  un hĂŽtel 2-3 Ă©toiles maximum. - La plage de St Leu est loin Ă  pied (20 min). À proximitĂ© il n’y a que la mer avec des algues.

DĂ©ception malgrĂ© un bon emplacement Nous sommes arrivĂ©s en pleine nuit dans un logement manifestement sale : chasse d’eau non tirĂ©e, serviettes avec des taches douteuses, taies d’oreillers tachĂ©es
 Il Ă©tait Ă©vident que le logement n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©. AprĂšs avoir dĂ» insister, un mĂ©nage trĂšs partiel a Ă©tĂ© fait le lendemain, mais le nettoyage complet n’a eu lieu que cinq jours plus tard, Ă  nos frais ! La cuisine Ă©tait trĂšs mal Ă©quipĂ©e : pas de verres, ce qui nous a contraints Ă  aller chercher des gobelets Ă  la machine Ă  cafĂ© du rez-de-chaussĂ©e pour pouvoir boire. Le professionnalisme du personnel est inĂ©gal : certains sont accueillants, d’autres Ă  peine polis, avec un « bonjour » qui semble facultatif Ă  la rĂ©ception. C’est d’autant plus regrettable que l’hĂŽtel bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’une bonne situation, est bien insonorisĂ©, et que la literie est de qualitĂ©. La piscine est agrĂ©able, mais clairement sous-dimensionnĂ©e quand l’hĂŽtel est complet. À noter Ă©galement : des frais de mĂ©nage non prĂ©vus et obligatoires de 50€ Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, totalement injustifiĂ©s vu l’état dans lequel nous avons trouvĂ© le logement.

J'ai apprecié l'emplacement de l'hÎtel, a proximité des commerces et d'un marché de street food qui se deroule le dimanche soir. Le personnel de l'hotel est accueillant et disponible, la chambre etait spacieuse pour une famille de 4 personnes. L'hotel est propre et beneficie d'une piscine bien agreable.
