Appartement tres bien situé proche de la plage et intra muros mais les équipements sont vieillot et la propreté laisse a désirer. Gros point négatif ; pas de linge de maison. Il faut venir ou louer ses draps, serviettes de bain, torchon. Dommage. HÎte néanmoins charmant.

Pour une taxe mĂ©nage de 40 l'appartement devrait ĂȘtre clean Ă  notre arrivĂ©e se qui n'Ă©tait pas le cas pour notre part, tout dĂ©pend la dĂ©finition qu'on a de propretĂ©... Coussins du canapĂ© rempli de tache, moquette dans les deux chambres trĂšs vĂ©tuste et surtout trĂšs sales, literie vĂ©tuste bonne Ă  changĂ©... Porte de placard et de four trĂšs grasse, d'ailleurs nous nous sommes servi de rien dans la cuisine... Et pour couronner le tous nous avons fait le choix de cette appartement pour pouvoir profitĂ© du bain mais n'avons pas pu car pas de bouchon Ă  la baignoire ce qui est sans doute voulu pour que les gens ne consomme pas trop d'eau j'imagine.... Et question place de parking c'est une catastrophe dans le sens oĂč le soir il faut des fois ce garer Ă  1km et tourner pendant 10 min pour pouvoir trouver une place.... À part la vu par la fenĂȘtre il y'a que sa a retenirNous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu de cette appartement

Bonjour, logement bien situĂ© mais pas fait pour de grandes personnes. Les chambres sont mansardĂ©es.Attention Ă  vos tĂȘtes. Ça qui fait un peu le charme de l'appartement. Sinon espace agrĂ©able. Belle vue. Et des balades trĂšs sympas Ă  faire Ă  quelques pas.
