Located on the 4th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and a second with bath).
The flat is arranged as follows:
First floor:
- A 35 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- a shower room,
- separate WC.
First floor:
- two bedrooms with 2 single beds (90x190),
- bathroom with bath
- separate WC.
Outside:
Two terraces to make the most of the fine weather: a 15 m2 seaward terrace with garden furniture and a 15 m2 dockside terrace with a view of St Malo intra muros.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
As you leave the building, turn right onto the seafront.
The area :
In the Sillon district, you're just a street away from the main beach on foot, as well as all the amenities. And a 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.
Entertainment:
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
