In the Sillon district, you're just a street away from the main beach on foot, as well as all the amenities. And a 2-minute walk from the Intra-Muros historic centre, or the Palais des Congrès and Espace Duguay Trouin if you're coming for work.

Entertainment:
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, such as the Dock on the quayside, a bar-restaurant that often has a great atmosphere during concerts or matches. A loft atmosphere in this industrially decorated building.
Tombelaine Coquillage offers the best seafood platters to take away.
Intra-Muros and Chaussée du Sillon offer a wide range of restaurants, some of which are right on the seafront.
