La bretagne sous 28 degrés c'est maginfique. Levé avec vue sur les bas sablons, promenade aisée jusqu'à st malo intra muros ou les plus belles plages de st Malo. Tous près des embarcadères pour les iles avoisinantes. Appartement spacieux, confortable et largement modernisé et rénové. Un accueil formidable, une équipe dévouée et très sympathique. La Bretagne ça vous gagne... vite! On s'est régalé.

appartement avec des marches pour accéder aux principales pièces de vie pas conseillé à des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer et à des jeunes enfants cela devrait être communiqué dans l'annonce par le prestataire ménage non réalisé en profondeur vraiment déçue par cette location

Positif : belle vue et belles surfaces. Négatif : appartement difficile d'accès et entrée difficile à trouver. 2 pièces aveugles: lumière électrique nécessaire même en plein été. escalier d'accès à la plage directement dans une chambre sans aucune protection, dangereux pour les enfants. Cuisine sans rangement ! Que le réfrigérateur! Ménage très mal fait. J'ai du nettoyer l'intérieur des tiroirs avant de ranger nos affaires. Crépi et pierres se désagrègent. Wifi ne fonctionne pas.

Lieu agréable, bien situé avec un accès direct à la plage. L’appartement est vaste et lumineux et fonctionnel...Par contre pas assez de vaisselles, de portes vêtements dans les salles de bain....il est dommage que l’arrivée dans cet appartement aussi plaisant se fasse dans une entrée aussi mal entretenue, avec des arbres qui souffrent parce que personne ne les arrose ce qui provoque un amoncellement de feuilles et des restants d’intervention de travaux....

Très agréable, idéalement situé

Grand appartement, très propre. Très belle vue. La situation est idéale, la plage est à 3 mètres et Saint Malo Intra Muros à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Wonderful apartment with masses of room, two showers/wc, two large living rooms, three bedrooms. Ideally situated literally on the Sablons beach, waking up to such a wonderful view each morning was a pleasure. A short walk from the ramparts of the old city of Saint-Malo which offers a multitude of restaurants, bars & shops mixed with an abundance of history. Locally there are many places to eat & drink with some great boulangeries & local supermarkets.

Prima vakantie woning

Fijne tijd doorgebracht in deze woning te Saint Malo. Zicht op haven was mooie maar ik miste toch het uitzicht en het ruisen van volle zee zoals aan de Sillon. Het is een verzorgd en met veel smaak ingericht appartement . Een aanrader voor 100 percent.
