Charming house with character that embraces you and lets you feel like a local.Wonderful garden, nice neighbours ideally placed to cover a lot of trips, be it Intra Muro, Dinard or just the Tour Solidor and the Cite Aleth....Travelling with dogs can be a challence - not here!! Welcomed with open arms and a nice concierge service.A place for digital detox - no WiFi thanks heaven.....!!!!If you look for a place in quiet and embedded with locals this is it.Thank you soo much for wonderful three weeks.We will definitely be back, maybe we apply for the next year soon!!!Best regards,Carsten, Sabine and dogs

Family and pet dog

Property was perfect for us. Plenty of room including a bedroom and wc downstairs and an enclosed garden for our dog. The house is in a good neighbourhood I think. We intended to leave our car overnight in the garage but in the end it was too tight a squeeze to get it in (not the property owner's fault!), so we left it in a parking bay each evening and it was fine. We walked to the shops each day only about 10 minutes to the supermarket and we walked to the sea too fairly easily. The only addition I would ask the property owner to consider would be wi-fi.

Nice clean house! Happy holiday

This house is very pretty and is situated in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Saint Servan and Saint Malo are nearby. Nice beaches and a lot of sites to visit. Contact with owners quick and friendly.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine de vacances...la maison est tres bien située...dans un quartier tres calme..places de.parking dans la rue toujours disponibles. La maison a un joli petit jardin trÚs agreable. Nous avons ete tres bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée. SAINT MALO est tout simplement magnifique..nous reviendrons!

Alle Angaben des Vermieters zum Objekt haben gepasst.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal im Objekt. Wir haben alles wie in der Beschreibung vorgefunden. Es gab keine Probleme und die Mitarbeiterin des Vermieters hat sich fĂŒrsorglich um uns gekĂŒmmert. FĂŒr uns war wichtig, dass unser Hund die Möglichkeit hat, sich im Garten frei bewegen zu können. Es gibt im Umfeld ausreichend freie ParkplĂ€tze und so habe ich darauf verzichtet den PKW in die doch kleine Garage zu stellen.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen erfĂŒllt. Wichtig zu wissen, ein grĂ¶ĂŸeres Fahrzeug muss außerhalb geparkt werden, aber kein Problem, da ruhige Wohnlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Wir werden das Objekt wieder mieten. In Summe nichts auszusetzen.

Agreable mais escalier pour acceder au jardin + proprete moyenne

Emplacement conforme au descriptif, belle rue commercante accessible, agreable quartier Tour Solidor a 15 mn a pied. L amenagement des pieces nous a convenu. Gros bemol pour nous : Le jardin n est accessible qu en descendant un escalier : escalier du sous sol, ou bien escalier de l entree (et alors il faut faire le tour de la maison). Ceci n etait pas dans la description, qui parlait du sejour et cuisine au rez de chaussee... Sols tres propres, mais moisissures sur plan de travail de la cuisine et dans sdb, canape avec taches et poils d animaux, et autres details de proprete. Une maison a etage est situee en vis a vis du jardin. Dans le jardin on etait vus par les gens de cette maison et aussi par le voisin de gauche : peu d intimite. Mais nous avons apprecie d avoir ete bien accueillis par l hote, et des details (ampoule, ...) ont ete resolus avec reactivite.

Une agréable maison bien située

Nous avons tout d'abord choisi cette maison, parmi d'autres, car les propriétaires acceptent les animaux. L'accueil a été courtois, agréable. La remise des cléfs a été faite rapidement (avec toutes les infos utiles) tout comme la remise. La maison est spacieuse avec un joli petit jardin 100% clos. Les bains de soleil y étaient agréables. La maison a un cachet d'autrefois.Trés bien pour un séjour de 7 nuits. Les propriétaires vont changer le canapé et cela sera encore mieux. Le quartier est calme, résidentiel, avec un sentiment de sécurité. Le top est que la maison est à environ 6 minutes de la plage et du centre de Saint Malo. Il y a, tout prÚs, des petits commerces et plusieurs boulangeries. A 200 m , un bon restaurant vietnamien. Tout proche également de Dinard. On a passé un bon séjour.

Wunderbar

Altes, einfach eingerichtetes und ein wenig abgenutztes Haus mit einer wunderbaren "echt französischen" AtmosphĂ€re mit Garten in strategisch guter Lage. Alles da, was man braucht. Alkes wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr freundliche und zuverlĂ€ssige Dame kommt pĂŒnktlich zur SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe und zeigt und erklĂ€rt das Haus. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren drei Wochen vor Ort und haben uns absolut wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ein herrlicher Urlaub.

Maison propre et agrĂ©able, bien situĂ©e pas loin du centre ville commerçant de Saint-Servan. Quartier ultra tranquille. Nous avons eu un souci avec l'alimentation Ă©lectrique de la maison. rĂ©sultat coupure rĂ©guliĂšre et soudaine d'une partie de l'Ă©lectricitĂ© coupant notamment la chaudiĂšre. La personnne en charge de l'intendance est passĂ©e rapidement mais n'a pas pu trouver de rĂ©parateur pendant cette semaine de fĂȘtes de fin d'annĂ©e. TrĂšs froid du coup dans la maison

Maison de famille

Originaire de la rĂ©gion cette maison me rappelait celle de ma grand-mĂšre avec ses vieux meubles breton.idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour rayonner sur la cĂŽte d Ă©meraude. TrĂšs bon accueil de Monsieur Perot qui s’occupe de cette maison familiale. Je relouerai avec plaisir.
