In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 45 m² apartment, 300m from Rochebonne beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² shared garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms: one with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200).

Guter Aufenthalt mit vier Personen. Übergabe war etwas holprig, da der Agent nicht englischsprachig war. Trotz Mehrparteienhaus war die Wohnung ziemlich leise. Die Lage war für uns absolut großartig - 200 m von Strand, Bäcker und einer guten Bar.
