In Saint-Malo, we offer you this charming 45 m² apartment, 300m from Rochebonne beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² shared garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms: one with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and one with 2 single beds (90x200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC

À deux pas de la plage de Rochebonne et de qq commerces ( boulangerie, restos, carrefour express, …) 2 bémols : la cuisine ne contenait pas le nécessaire sel /poivre/huile/ vinaigre comme mentionné dans l’annonce. Et nous avons eu qq petits soucis avec le verrou de la porte de la salle de bain: à 2 reprises, j’ai failli rester coincer à l’intérieur. Rien de méchant, mais je le signale pour que l’agence ou le propriétaire puisse faire les derniers réglages. Sinon je reviendrais avec grand plaisir."
