Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Just a few steps from Surf School (for all water sports activities), 250 m on foot from excellent food shops (Beurre Bordier, boulangerie Malécot, pâtisserie Gaël Redouté, etc.), Carrefour Market and pharmacie des Thermes, it's also a 20-minute walk from the "Cité Corsaire" (Intra Muros) via the seawall or the beach (access possible by bus too).
