Great location and cosy

Listed as max of 4 people but it was cozy for my wife and I. Could use some comfortable chairs (it had 2 beach chairs that were in the rooms - photos show one of them on the deck). Parking spot only fits subcompact - we parked on street because car didn't fit in the garage. The person that let us in didn't speak English so we didn't get directions on accessing wifi or using the microwave until we emailed owner (recommend having written directions in French and English; leave directions for microwave out in view). Since we don't have phone that works in Europe, it was very difficult to connect with her on arrival. But lots of positives about the place: very easy walk to train station, market, seashore and Old City. Nice little balcony for meals and drinks. Building is very quiet and clean. Room is clean with great electronic shades.

Quoi dire, cet appartement est super, trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  5 mn de la gare, 10, 15 mn de l’IntermarchĂ©. CĂŽtĂ© gare vous avez aussi des commerces. MarchĂ© couvert Ă  proximitĂ©, ligne de bus, 15 mn de la mer et une trentaine de mn intra muros. N’étant pas vĂ©hiculĂ©e, ces dĂ©tails ont de l’importance pour le bon dĂ©roulement des vacances. On peut aussi se garer facilement.Logement trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, joliment dĂ©corĂ©, trĂšs calme, lumineux. La propriĂ©taire trĂšs sympathique et de bons conseils ainsi que la personne qui m’a remis les clĂ©s. A l’arrivĂ©e le logement Ă©tait impeccable. Temps chaud, beaucoup de visites Ă  faire, dinard, dinan, cancale, le Mont st Michel, remparts de st malo magnifique. Endroit oĂč il faut aller.

Tres bon sejour à Saint Malo. Nous avons decouvert de beaux coins et paysages de la Cote d Emeraude. Meteo clemente sur les premiers jours un peu plus capricieuse sur la fin du sejour. L appartement est idealement bien placé. Il se trouve au calme et est trÚs coquet. Bien équipé. L accueil par Samuel a été agreable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Un appartement oĂč on se sent comme chez soi, agrĂ©able, propre, spacieux, avec son petit balcon charmant et souvent ensoleillĂ©. À proximitĂ© de la gare sncf et routiĂšre donc trĂšs pratique pour vadrouiller sans voiture. À proximitĂ© de la plage du Sillon Ă©galement pour profiter du bon air et de la mer. IdĂ©al pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le seul bĂ©mol mais il est totalement personnel et dĂ» Ă  ma taille, le mange debout qui tient lieu de table Ă  manger que je trouve peu pratique. Mais la petite table sur le balcon fait parfaitement son office pour les repas Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Merci Ă  Cynthia pour toutes les petites attentions "alimentaires" ou plus pratiques et merci Ă  Samuel pour l'accueil

Gute Lage

Perfekt gelegen fĂŒr GĂ€ste wie wir die mit der Bahn angereist sind 600 m zum Strand, 400 m zum BĂ€cker, 650m IntermarchĂ© und 300 m SNCF Gare. Und eine Waschmaschine in Bad. KĂŒche war sehr einfach eingerichtet aber mit SpĂŒlmaschine.

Appartement Super !

Nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour, l'appartement est super agrĂ©able, identique aux photos et surtout trĂšs calme. Les gens de la rĂ©sidence sont aussi trĂšs accueillants. Cynthia a trĂšs bien organisĂ© notre arrivĂ©e. Et Samuel a Ă©tĂ© parfait. Nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  garer notre vĂ©hicule Ă  proximitĂ©. L'appartement est proche de la gare et intra muros accessible en bus (attention pendant les jours fĂ©ries les bus sont limitĂ©s, dommage !) mais mĂȘme Ă  pied c'est agrĂ©able. Si nous retournons Ă  St Malo cela sera chez Cynthia ! Merci encore Ă  Samuel pour son accueil et Ă  Cynthia pour l'organisation.

Bel appartement

Appartement calme et bien insonorisĂ©. Tout est fait pour ĂȘtre comme chez soi, cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, balcon pour se dĂ©tendre. Il est proche des commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarchĂ© et marchĂ©). Belle plage du sillon Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. Cynthia et Samuel ont de bons conseils pour des adresses de restaurants et visites.

L'appartement de Cynthia est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il est extrĂȘmement bien fourni en matĂ©riel, nous nous sentions comme Ă  la maison et avec un enfant de deux ans c'est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable ! Sejour parfait

C etait deja mon deuxieme sejour dans l' appartement de Cynthia a St. Malo! L' appart est tres bien situe pres de la Gare, de l Intra Muros et de la plage et se trouve dans un immeuble neuf et tres soigne. L appart meme est tres joli et agreable! Il offre vraiment tout ce qu' il faut et correspond entierement a la description. Le contact avec Cynthia est aussi tres agreable; elle repond toujours tres vite! Je m' excuse pour le manque d accents mais j' ecris avec un clavier allemand 😉

Perfect appartement

Uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Heel schoon, alles is aanwezig, in rustige buurt. Alles is te voet goed bereikbaar: treinstation, strand, supermarkt, restaurants in minder dan 10 min, oude stad (Intra-Muros) op zo’n 20 min lopen. Aan te bevelen!

L appartement est trÚs bien situé. 10mn du front de mer et de la plage. 20 à 25 de Saint malo intra-muros par ce mer front de mer. TrÚs agréable. Appartement trÚs propre et trÚs fonctionnel. Je ne vous rien a dite de mal. La propriétaire de l appartement est tres réactive et vous donne de bon conseil. Ainsi que Samuel qui vous accueille. Voilà.
