The apartment is very popular for both its location and its comfort. One of the assets of the apartment is its garage because in St Malo, it is extremely difficult to find a parking space
It is located on the second floor without elevator.

And especially a tower of ramparts with a breathtaking view of the bay.
The entrance to the ramparts is 50 meters from the apartment.


You can also park in the courtyard of the building, but the places are not nominative, it is sometimes difficult to find one, especially the summer!
