The Ferme de la Caillebotte is a renovated old Farmhouse, ideally located between the sea and the countryside.
The view of the fields and the proximity of the beaches make it an exceptional place to unwind and discover this magnificent region, on foot, by bike or by car.
You will have a large living room and a beautiful double exposure kitchen with access to a beautiful outdoor area. You will take advantage of the garden furniture and the deckchair to taste the joys of eating out and relaxing in peace.
The main bedrooms upstairs will bring you serenity and are as far as the eye can see over the fields. The bedding is new. The bedroom with 2 single beds overlooks the rear garden as well as the bathroom.
The very high ceilings will give you a feeling of space, well-being and the house will make you feel calm and comfortable.
It is located 2 minutes from shops, 5 minutes by car from the beaches, Thermes Marins and 10 minutes from the Old Town.

From there you can discover the Emerald Coast, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan, Le Mont St Michel and the different districts of St Malo like St Servan and the Solidor Tower.
