Home away from Home

Once again a great location for vacation in St. Malo. Veronique was a quite supportive host. Even problems with the heating system/electricity got solved within short notice. The apartment ist big and comfortable as well as a calm retreat to stay. Great sandy beach just within 2 Min. distance by foot. Bakery, little supermarket, close by. Would book this apartment any time again.

A very enjoyable December holiday

My family and I (3 adults, 1 child) very much enjoyed staying at this well provisioned apartment. Veronique was very responsive to text messages. We especially liked the easy access to the boardwalk and beach of St. Malo. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. The only suggestion we have is that bathtub shower grab bars be installed in order that older folk like me could more easily get in and out of the bathtub when taking a shower. Merci beaucoup !

We felt really comfortable in this beautiful apartment: The spaciousness, the furniture, the decoration, the well-equipped kitchen - everything was tasteful and functional. You won't miss anything! The beach (Rochebonne) is literally around the corner and it is a nice walk along the sea to the historical center of Saint-Malo. We enjoyed the quietness in the house and always had a good night`s sleep in the comfortable bed. The contact with Veronique was very nice and helpful. Should we come back to Saint-Malo, we would definitely stay here again!

Die Entfernung zur Strandpromenade mit Restaurants oder zu Fuß nach Saint Malo ist mit zwei Minuten einfach hervorragend! Abends mit Baguette, KĂ€se und Wein den Sonnenuntergang und die hohen Wellen am Strand von ParamĂ© beobachten... herrlich! Trubel? In der Wohnung ist es super ruhig! Veronique ist sehr interessiert daran, ob es GĂ€sten gut geht, steht fĂŒr Informationen und Nachfragen zur VerfĂŒgung, der Check-In ist genau beschrieben.Die Wohnung ist im 'Brocante' Stil eingerichtet, gemĂŒtlich dekoriert, mit sehr gut eingerichteter KĂŒche und wirklich guten Betten.Wir finden wohl, es wĂ€re besser, wenn bereits im Inserat steht, dass der Balkon nicht betreten werden darf und der Kamin nicht genutzt werden soll - beides aus SicherheitsgrĂŒnden und daher verstĂ€ndlich. Wir wussten es nicht, haben an kalten Abenden den Kamin genutzt und erfuhren erst im Nachhinein, dass es nicht erlaubt ist. Auch wĂŒrde einen das große Baustellenschild am Haus dann nicht so ĂŒberraschen. Im Übrigen tut es der Wohnung keinen Abbruch! Man kann die schönen, bodentiefen Fenster ja öffnen und nach hinten ist es sogar schön grĂŒn.Eine kleine Verbesserung wĂ€re, wie es schon andere geschrieben haben: Mehr große Tassen und die Prospekte einmal aussortieren. Das Tischchen mit den Kabeln fanden wir auch nicht so schön.Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können die Wohnung aufgrund der beschriebenen Vorteile fĂŒr empfehlen! Danke an Veronique!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Fotos, es sollte allerdings erwĂ€hnt werden, dass der Balkon nicht benutzt werden darf, da baufĂ€llig. Ansonsten alles bestens. Kontaktlose Übergabe. Netter und prompter Mailkontakt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I have just come back from this property and would not hesitate to recommend it. The communication with the owner was excellent and Veronique checked through the week to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The property is a stones throw from the lovely beach and minutes to cafes and shops. We barely used our car as we had everything we needed to hand. We walked on the beach to st Malo which was lovely. Overall a great holiday and we will definitely book again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in 2. oder 3. Reihe zum Strand und hat auch sonst alles, was man zu einem tollen Urlaub benötigt. In der direkten Umgebung ist ein sehr guter BĂ€cker, es gibt verschiedene Restaurants fĂŒr jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu buchen ist sehr gut, in der Sommersaison wahrscheinlich notwendiger als im Dezember. Veronique war immer sehr gut zu erreichen.

TrÚs bel appartement idéalement placé ! L'accueil a été trÚs bien organisé avec une super réactivité pour répondre à nos besoins. Véronique prend réguliÚrement des nouvelles durant le séjour afin de s'assurer que nous ne manquons de rien. Great value. Close to a stunning beach and the walled city (about 30 mins. walk). Roomy and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment. Very quiet. Kitchen fully equipped. Mont Saint Michel accessible by bus for 12 euro per person return. This place has it all including very helpful owner.

Wunderbare Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung!

Die Wohnung von Veronique und Bernhard ist sehr liebevoll und mit viel GespĂŒr fĂŒr schöne Dinge eingerichtet. Viele Bilder, Pflanzen und kleinere Accessoires haben dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt haben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, KĂŒchengerĂ€te, SpĂŒlmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Herd und Mikrowelle, alles da und in allerbestem Zustand. Die Lage in Parame ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Man ist in einer Minute an Promenade und Strand, erlebt dort traumhafte SonnenuntergĂ€nge und herrliche SpaziergĂ€nge. Uns hat besonders die Bebauung in Parame begeistert, herrliche Villen und kleine HĂ€user in bretonischem Stil, Parame ist u. E. der schönste Ortsteil in St. Malo. In direkter Umgebung sind neben einem sehr guten BĂ€cker und einem kleinen Supermarkt auch viele Restaurants, Creperien usw. zu finden. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu empfehlen, wir haben hier einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht.

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt am Atlantik

Große, perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Alles ist sauber und modern, trotzdem hat die Wohnung durch die teils antiken Möbel und die besonderen Tapeten ein ganz eigenes Flair. Die Altstadt von Saint Malo ist ĂŒber die Strandpromenade schnell erreicht. Die Gastgeberin Veronique hat Tipps auf Lager und ist stets erreichbar.
