Renovated traditional house located in a quiet neighborhood, facing south with mountain views from the upper floors. The house stays naturally cool even during heatwaves, with a pleasant temperature on the ground floor. Spread over three levels: on the ground floor, a spacious 30 m² living area; on the first floor, two bedrooms; and on the second floor, two more attic bedrooms—all bright and roomy. The house is easy to heat in winter and remains cool in summer. There is a fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings together.



Bagnères de Luchon offers a wide range of outdoor, sports, and cultural activities throughout the year. You can enjoy the thermal baths, wellness facilities, hiking, skiing, fishing, and many other leisure activities nearby. This home is ideal for family or group vacations in the mountains, in a peaceful setting.



Bed linen and towels are not provided and must be brought by guests. The house must be left clean and in the same condition as upon arrival. A squeegee is available for your use. The electrical system has been fully renovated, so all appliances can be used without any issues.
