The Aulnay forest is just a short walk away, and you can borrow bikes free of charge to explore the woods and surrounding countryside. The nearest town, Aulnay Saintonge, is only a 7-minute drive, and the larger town of St Jean d’Angély is 20 minutes away.



If you’re looking for peace and quiet with no traffic, you’ll love La Garenne. This spacious three-bedroom gîte has been carefully renovated, preserving its French charm with exposed stone walls and beams. The décor blends French and Scandinavian styles for a bright, fresh atmosphere. The large open kitchen and dining area lead to the back of the gîte, where you’ll find a comfortable covered terrace with a sofa and dining table, ensuring complete privacy.



From the separate living room, French doors open onto a private terrace overlooking the shared garden, playground, and the shared pool. It’s the perfect spot for dining by your barbecue while the children play in the garden. A modern shower room with WC is on the ground floor.
