Agréable appartement bien situé à proximité du centre et des plages

L’appartement est fonctionnel et très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied du centre et 10 minutes de la plage du canon. Résidence calme. La chambre est séparée du salon par un simple rideau. Les équipements sont plutôt bas de gamme mais font l’affaire. Attention toutefois à ne pas trop tirer les prix vers le bas, en particulier il est urgent de changer la baie vitrée donnant accès à la terrasse qui s’ouvre avec les plus grandes difficultés.

Gute Lage auf einer schönen Halbinsel

Tolle Lage mit vielen kleinen Stränden in der Nähe. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und für eine Familie gut geeignet. Wohnung ist recht groß und hat auch einen großzügigen Balkon. Ein Manko für uns als Familie mit kleinem Kind, dass vor uns ins bet geht: das Schlafzimmer ist nicht abgetrennt mit einer Tür, gehört also quasi zum Wohnzimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es kein WLAN und im der Küche wäre ein Abzug sinnvoll. Scheint aber in Frankreich generell nicht üblich zu sein...
