The villa has been completely renovated with Balinese wood and furniture, giving it a marvellous and exotic atmosphere.

2 terraces for outdoor dining, lounge chairs on both levels for perfect relaxation with stunning views of the sea, the port of Saint-Mandrier, the bay of Toulon, and the mountains.

5 bedrooms. 10 persons.
All rooms are air-conditioned. All beds are brand new.
An inside parking area for one car with electric sliding gate. Free parking on the street as well.

The accommodation is divided on 3 levels :

On the ground floor:

· A living room with high-speed WiFi, a large TV with all international channels, Netflix, a sofa, and armchairs.
· An open kitchen, perfectly equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and cooking utensils.
· A large walk-in shower, beautiful bathroom cabinets, hairdryer
· Separate toilet
· Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200) with access to the terrace and sea view.
