There is a garden, terrace, garden furniture, carport on the property, and an electric charging station available for an extra fee. Wi-Fi is available in the living room and 5G in the rooms.



On the first floor, a parental suite of about 80 m² includes two bedrooms, a TV/reading lounge, a bathroom and toilet, all private, with free Wi-Fi.
