Renovated old house, located in a hamlet, adjoining another gîte and close to two other rental properties. Separate entrance. Ground floor: living/dining room (decorative fireplace), kitchen, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (1 double bed), shower room/WC. Wi-Fi. Enclosed landscaped grounds of 400 m² (covered area, garden furniture, barbecue), private swimming pool (6x12m) heated from June 15th to August 30th, shared by the two gîtes. Another gîte on the property: H85G010371. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Cot and high chair available on request.
Extra charge: Tourist tax; Central heating with heat pump: €3/day (payable to the owner).
