Located in the countryside, 5 km from the motorway exit, Villa Marceau is a haven of peace. This luxurious and spacious 150 m² house will seduce you with its elegant interior and modern equipment. Before taking possession of this family home, discover the many activities to do in the surrounding area: beaches and lakes (Nantua or Genin), paragliding, or trail running, you can at the same time discover the nature that surrounds the gîte. A little bit of rest ? Fishing, canoeing, or paddle? For lovers of discovery tours: cool off at the Cerdon caves or the Sylan ice houses. Do you know the Museum of the Resistance and the Comb, the Giant Pots? Villa Marceau is adjoining that of the owners. Discover the different levels, ideal for finding your place. It consists of 3 floors, with 3 bathrooms/showers and 3 separate toilets (on each level). 3 spacious and comfortable bedrooms (quality bedding) can accommodate 7 to 8 people. Ground floor: Kitchen open to living room, small lounge area, bathroom with WC, On the 1st floor: living room with access to the balcony, 1 master bedroom with a 160*200 bed with bathroom. WC, laundry room. On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90*200 beds which can be joined together as needed and a second equipped with a 140*190 bed with 2 trundle beds 90*200. An outdoor courtyard will allow you to enjoy the sun and relax on comfortable deckchairs. On arrival: towels, sheets, oil heating are included. Electricity charges will be your responsibility. At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 100 euros to be paid on site. However, smoking is prohibited inside the house. We have a cat and a dog, who keep the children busy. Family house, for 8 people, surrounded by nature. Comfort, charm, and change of scenery.
