Ideal for a peaceful vacation, with family or friends, and close to the Saint-François Longchamp ski area (together with Valmorel, the resort forms the Grand Domaine with 165 km of slopes). Access to Saint-François by car takes less than 15 minutes.

An authentic place to share, relax, and experience the mountains differently, whether in summer or winter, after an intense day of skiing, an alpine hike in summer, or a cycling trip through the surrounding hors-category passes.

The entire chalet is reserved for your stay, accommodating up to 9 people, with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen for a proper holiday. The chalet has a surface area of 120m² over 3 levels.

The house is perched in the middle of a wooded 3,000 m² garden with a south-facing balcony. You will enjoy the mountains without the crowds in this location, situated against a mid-mountain Savoyard hamlet that has retained its charm and pastures for dairy cows, which produce Beaufort and Tomme de Savoie cheeses in the valley's dairies.

The road along the property leads directly to Saint-François-Longchamp in 15 minutes by car; in 10 minutes, it takes you to the Grand Coin – Col du Chaussy area (cross-country skiing) or, further down, to the Maurienne Valley (shops and supermarkets in La Chambre).

For cyclists, in summer, you can directly enjoy the 15 km climb up to Col de la Madeleine (Hors Catégorie pass, 2,000 m, a classic Tour de France climb).

A car is necessary on site, but shuttles are available to the Saint-François resort or to Saint-Avre La Chambre train station.

This chalet offers its guests ski-in/ski-out access, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
