Baby equipment: two cots, baby bath, changing mat, high chair.

Outside: a private, unfenced 1.5-hectare garden, a private enclosed courtyard of 80m², garden furniture, a griddle, a pétanque court, a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table. A rowboat and boots are available. There is a garage for two vehicles and parking. The cottage is located in a former mill where water is ever-present; therefore, caution and parental supervision are necessary for children. At the end of a path, the old mill, surrounded by water, is ideal for gatherings of friends and family. Independent and secluded, only the birds will disturb the tranquility of the place. David has preserved the authenticity of the property with rustic and vintage decor in some rooms.
