Ideally located with a magnificent sea view, the villa Les Roches Noires, covering an area of 140 m² and accommodating up to 7 people, promises unforgettable holidays. You can walk to the sea and the GR34 trail.

Holiday Home at the Gates of Cancale

Les Roches Noires features a lovely living area blending reclaimed and modern furniture. The dining area is equipped with a large wooden table, perfect for sharing convivial moments (the pellet stove is not to be used). The lounge area, with its two sofas, is ideal for relaxation. Bathed in light thanks to its two large bay windows, this living space offers direct access to the terrace with a view of the Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. The equipped kitchen is separate.

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms. The first, with a double bed (140x190), is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, which are interconnected, are located upstairs and enjoy a sea view. One has a queen-size bed (160x200) and includes a workspace. The third bedroom accommodates three people with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has two separate toilets: one on the ground floor and another upstairs.

The villa Les Roches Noires boasts a spacious outdoor area. While the children can play in the garden, adults can relax on the large east-facing wooden terrace and admire the ever-changing sea view with the tides!

Up to three cars can be parked outside within the unfenced property (no gate). There is also the possibility to store bicycles in the garage.

  • The house is located in a residential and particularly quiet area, so we ask you to minimize noise, especially after 10 PM. To respect the neighbors' peace, parties with friends are strictly prohibited.

  • Using the pellet stove is prohibited.
  • Motorhomes are not allowed to park inside the Le Vaulérault subdivision or within the property.
  • Camping in the garden of your rental is not allowed.
