Ground floor: living room/kitchen opening onto a terrace, 1 bedroom with a second-daylight window overlooking the entrance (1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, 1 mezzanine bedroom accessible by a ladder or from the outside via a staircase. Pellet stove + underfloor heating. Situated on the heights of Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne, this south-facing cottage offers a large terrace with panoramic views of the peaks of Valloire and Valmeinier. It features a tree-lined garden and a calm, sunny setting. A warm atmosphere and tasteful decor characterize this comfortable accommodation, which can accommodate up to four people. 12 km from the Orelle cable car and the link to Val-Thorens, Les 3 Vallées (the largest ski area in the world with 600 km of slopes). The famous Valloire-Valmeinier resort is 22 km away (the largest ski area in Maurienne). Very close to the Vanoise National Park. A prime location for exploring the summer on foot, hiking and cycling (many legendary passes!).
