Your holiday rental includes, on the ground floor: a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and a bathroom (with shower, double vanity, and macerating toilet). Upstairs: a small landing with storage, and two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed 160x200cm and the other with two single beds 90x200cm that can be joined upon request). A home office space is available in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Behind the house: a private, enclosed 16m² paved patio/courtyard with garden furniture, a lounge area, and a griddle. Parking: free public parking is available on the street at the foot of the property. The property is semi-detached on both sides. The charming Penty Lokmikael is a granite house, typical of Breton architecture. A former fisherman's cottage, completely renovated, it has retained its character while incorporating contemporary features. On-site, all the pleasures of the sea await you: relaxation, coastal walking, and water sports. The ebb and flow of the tides constantly transforms the landscape of this vast bay. The GR34 coastal path, just 100 meters away, will lead you sometimes to the cliffs of Trédrez Locquémeau and its beautiful viewpoints, and sometimes to the expanses of Plestin-les-Grèves and the outskirts of Locquirec (29). A visit to the imposing Château de Rosanbo, privately owned but open to the public, 9 km away, will enhance your stay, as will a trip to Lannion and its Thursday morning market, 10 km away. It was a pleasant stay at the old fisher house near the beach in St. Michel en Grêve. From the small village you can reach many POI and shopping possibllities by car.

Maison de pêcheur rénovée avec goût

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. L océan est au bout de la rue! Localisation permettant de silloner la région. On teviendra c est certain.

Séjour agréable dans une maison joliment décoré

Ravissante maison bretonne rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Proche du centre du village, de la plage et du sentier GR34 qui longe la cote sauvage tres decoupée, elle est idéalement situé pour offrir de belles possibilités de ballade. La proprietaire est sympathique et à l écoute pour nous rendre le séjours très agréable.
