House located in the city center of Saint-Nazaire, 1.8 km from the seafront and the Escal'Atlantic site. The gîte is on the first floor of the owners' house (separate entrance - excellent soundproofing). Shared 100 m² south-west facing terrace. Free public parking 100 m away.

It comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by one step, each with a private shower room/WC (1: two 80x200 cm beds, 2 and 3: 160x200 cm bed).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, high chair/cot, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.).

Gîte à recommander à Saint Nazaire

Gîte moderne, sécurisé et tout confort, à quelques minutes du marché couvert et de tous commerces à Saint Nazaire.
