La P'tite Villa is a semi-detached house dating from the late 19th century, ideally located facing the sea and close to shops and restaurants, allowing you to fully enjoy your seaside holiday. Completely renovated in 2023, it offers all modern comforts.

Free public parking is available in front of the property.

A private, enclosed 14 m² courtyard features a wooden terrace, garden furniture/sun loungers, and an electric griddle. A small outbuilding is also available.

Ground floor: living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and separate WC.

Upstairs: two bedrooms with ocean views (one with a 160x200 cm bed and a balcony, the other with two 90x190 cm beds) and a shower room.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, travel cot and high chair, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Included: electricity, electric heating, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, and household linen.

Not included: end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
