La P'tite Villa is an old building from the end of the 19th century, semi-detached, ideally located facing the sea and close to shops and restaurants to fully enjoy your seaside stay. Completely renovated in 2023, it benefits from all modern comforts.
Free public parking in front of the cottage.
Private enclosed interior courtyard of 14 m² with wooden terrace, garden furniture/deckchairs and electric plancha. Small outbuilding available.
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with ocean view (1: 160x200 bed and balcony, 2: 2 90x190 beds) and shower room.
Additional equipment: wifi, washer-dryer, travel cot and baby booster seat.
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom and household linen.
