Gîte L'albizia - Les Carassonnes with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Located in Saint-Nexans, this 60 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed that can be arranged as two singles on request, plus a living room with a sofa bed for 2. Enjoy a private fully equipped kitchen with capsule and classic coffee makers, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, heating throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and a washer-dryer. The property is all on one level, with a bedroom and bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Outside, relax on your private uncovered terrace or in the shared garden with views of the forest, fields, and orchard. The heated shared pool is open from May to late September (weather permitting) and features an integrated beach with waterfalls. A shallow 30 cm area connected to the main pool lets children play under supervision. There is also a shared barbecue and outdoor shower.
Two shared parking spaces are available on site. Events are not permitted. Guests can enjoy a shared ping-pong table, as well as children’s games and books.
A baby kit (high chair, changing table, cot with sheets) is available for an extra fee. Breakfast options are also offered for an extra fee. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, and cleaning are included, with beds made up on arrival for a relaxing stay.
