Cocoonr offers you this charming 85 m² house to rent in Saint-Nic, less than 400 metres from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 350 m² garden. Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC
- A large landing with sofa to enjoy the sea view
- Bathroom with shower and bath
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 350 m² garden, partially enclosed and private, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A 36 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Pentrez beach (Saint-Nic)
- Hiking: GR34 (coastal path), Presqu'île de Crozon
- Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one vehicle) and private car park at the house (three vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Chateaulin, 17 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, 65 km away
