Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 170 m² chalet with mountain views in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle. It can accommodate up to 9 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 800 m².

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A large entrance hall giving access to a ski room
- Bedroom 1, 2 & 3: double bed (140×190)
- Shower room with WC
- A laundry room

First floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV and dining area with views of Mont Blanc
A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- 15 m² lounge with sofa and armchairs
- Bedroom 4: pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 5: single bed
- Shower room
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² unfenced garden
- A 25 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (Mont Blanc view)
- A 7 m² south-facing balcony accessible from the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Nicolas-la-Chapelle, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park freely on the site (5 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Albertville, about 40 minutes away
- Nearest airport: Geneva, about 1h30 away
