You will have an entrance hall with a wardrobe and laundry area (washing machine) leading to a bedroom with a TV (two single beds that can be joined), a separate toilet, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, extractor hood, multi-function oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, griddle), a living room with a lounge area (140x200 cm sofa bed), a flat-screen TV with internet access, and a dining area, all opening onto a south-facing terrace. The terrace features two awnings and furniture for your meals or a coffee break.
Extras: Private parking space, reversible air conditioning, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and bicycle storage. Everything you need for a wonderful holiday with family or friends! Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided – these services can be ordered upon request. Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 security deposit is payable via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
