Pleasant semi-detached house of approx. 59 m², ideal for simple and relaxing holidays.
Access to the house is via a small outdoor staircase of approximately 14 steps.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a flat-screen TV opening onto a terrace and enclosed garden, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
The rustic yet functional kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine.
A WC with shower and washbasin completes this level.

Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a small sea glimpse, a second bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a BZ-style sofa bed (140 cm), as well as a bathroom with bathtub, WC and electric heated towel rail.

Outside, enjoy a terrace and enclosed garden, garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est très pratique même si elle aurait besoin d un sérieux rafraîchissement Bcp de choses vieillottes: parasol, meubles mastocs, … Magnifique petit jardin Pas de vis à vis À deux pas de la Plage du Bureau Tarif très raisonnable.
