Come and enjoy the charming seaside resort of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer in this 1-star studio, located 400m from the beaches and a stone's throw from the shops. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this studio features an entrance hall with a bed (80x190), a bathroom (shower enclosed by a curtain and vanity unit), and a separate toilet. This sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a sliding door. The main room opens onto a covered balcony (table and chairs) with an awning (140cm sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, fridge-freezer), and a dining area with a flat-screen TV and closet. For your parking, a locked garage (4.80m long and 2.77m wide) is located in the basement. A great location for a great vacation!
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided - services can be ordered upon request.
