Chalet of 140 m2 on 2500 m2 of land; stunning views of Lake Geneva, Switzerland; very quiet residential area; parking and garage; terrace-balcony overlooking the lake and mountains, ski resorts and lake access 5 min drive; major ski resorts: Avoriaz and Chatel 30 min 45 min -Morzine, access to the Swiss boat or by road (Evian 5 KM), cheese (20m) and shops in the village (300m), post office, city hall, church and restaurants accessible by foot; Many mountain walks, mountain bike trails, horseback riding, golf, tennis, field 100 m balls.


Large Savoyard wooden chalet consists of 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and one on the ground floor) possibility of an additional room on request. Room 1, 3 and 4 have 140 beds, bedroom 2 with two beds 90, and the extra room with a bed 140 (150 euros extra charge) Each room has large closets.
Double room: chimney side (the chimney is used with caution, the cottage is made of wood) with a sofa and two armchairs and a TV side with a sofa and armchair, a dining-room table for 10 people, living-dual dining room opening onto terrace view of Lake Geneva, Switzerland with garden furniture, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two ovens Fondue and Raclette services). Upstairs bath-room and toilet and the ground floor is a bathroom with separate toilet plus washing machine. Garage (one car) and parking. Drawer freezer; wood charcoal barbecue, sunbathing.
