Ideally located on the west coast, the sunniest of Reunion Island, in Boucan Canot, our spacious studio is 200 meters from the sea and all amenities (bakery, bars and restaurants, newsagent, doctors, pharmacy , internet point, dry cleaning, beautician, hairdresser).
Boucan Canot beach, a 3-minute walk away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with supervised swimming and a natural pool, perfect for young and old.

This beautiful 38 m2 studio has a lovely terrace.
It is located on the first and last floor in a secure and peaceful residence.

The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a child.

It is equipped with a sleeping area with a real 140 cm bed and storage furniture.
A lounge area with sofa, armchair, plasma screen (with satellite channels).
A closed fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, and everything you need to cook good curries.

Household linen is provided (sheets, tea towels, bath and beach towels)
Also at your disposal hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach umbrella and cooler.

Saint-Paul, birthplace of the island of Reunion, with its famous Friday market is 6 km from Boucan.
In just over 30 minutes you can discover the Mafate circus and appreciate the freshness of the Hauts.

Si vous souhaitez passer vos vacances en toute tranquillité. Choisissez cet appartement ! Une propriétaire très accueillante avec un sourire enchanteur. Pour l’appartement : très convivial, place de parking privée, accès à la résidence portail avec badge, on pose la voiture et vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à la plage ainsi qu’aux restaurants. Idéal

Le logement est conforme aux photos, il est très propre, très bien équipé et calme. Il est également bien placé à proximité de la plage de Boucan Canot, on y va à pied. Ainsi que pour se balader sur la côte ouest. Au-delà de sa gentillesse, Monique est très arrangeante pour les heures d'arrivée et de sortie. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Déçue par l'appartement qui a besoin dun relooking Situation bien mais pas D'ascenseurs accès difficile pour accéder a l'appartement1 merci de le Preciser voiture ok Niveau sol carrelage casse . douche dans un mauvais état canape pas Confortable lustre wc et terrasse en mauvais état Vaisselle besoin de renouvea u poussière sur abat-jour qui date!!!! Ampoule grillee sur 2 lampes table cuisine Pas envie de s'installer !!!! Dommage quand 2024 qu'on puisse louer un appartenant dans cet etat A mon avis Cest une region magnifique et l'endroit ou j'étais tres bien située je garde suand même un bon souvenirs

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Monique ! Son logement est idéalement situé, vraiment à deux pas des plages, des restaurants et d'un petit supermarché. De plus, avoir une ligne de bus juste à côté est un vrai plus. J'ai adoré le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Monique est une hôte fantastique et arrangeante, super sympa et très accueillante. L'appartement est bien équipé avec climatisation, machine à laver et ventilateur - tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour parfait !
