Appartement bien situé, propre et agréable.
Quelques imprécisions dans les informations transmises (emplacement et code portillon).
Alarme incendie du voisin absent qui a sonné une grande partie de l'une des nuits, et vitrage de la chambre pas insonorisé (des bruits de rue soir et matin).
