Logement déplorable

Logement et literie sale ,climatisation extrêmement bruyante et filtre encrassé ,pas de position nuit . pompe à chaleur qui refoule de l’ air chaud dans le logement .odeur d’ égout pas la douche . Matelas affaissé ,sale ,taché .oreillers inutilisable car pleins de petits morceaux de mousse .piscine ultra chlore et inutilisable la moitié de la journée (rajout de produits matin et soir par la personne qui l’ entretien ) aucune réaction de la part de Keylodge (la conciergerie)malgré nos différentes réclamations.des notre arrivée .nous avons quitté le logement avec une semaine d’ avance et à ce jour toujours aucune réponse ni remboursement de leur part .
