Beautiful home in St Paul La Roche
This country home in Saint-Paul-la-Roche, Green Perigord Vert, boasts a large private pool (18m x 8m) nestled in a natural setting along the river L'isle. The property features a well-equipped kitchen with direct outdoor access and a spacious dining/sitting room with a fireplace on the ground floor. The comfortable bedrooms are located on the first and second floors.
Outdoors, the property offers a large garden with a forested area, and an expansive pool bordered by 800 m of riverfront, featuring a diving board and night lighting. The estate also includes a covered pool house with dining, and a bar with a fridge, along with sun loungers and a plancha for outdoor cooking. Guests can enjoy picnics by the river using the provided table and deckchairs. The property features multiple terraces with seating and dining arrangements, offering beautiful views and easy access to the kitchen and dining area.
Places to visit during your stay:
Brantome: The Venice of Périgord. Charming town with an idyllic atmosphere, where you can walk, shop and eat, but where you can also take a nice canoe trip. The bridges that span the canals lead you to the many terraces where you can taste the local cuisine. Every Friday morning there is a nice market.
Jumilhac-le-Grand: This medieval town has a beautiful castle and a large central square with terraces. The gold museum organizes Initiation to gold panning in the river. Book on time.
Thiviers is the capital of foie gras. Every Saturday there is a traditional farmer's market with lots of regional products.
