Very large contemporary house of over 260 m², with high-end service, large volumes, mixture of authentic and contemporary, decorated with care.
The house has 5 bedrooms including two master suites (new 160 cm wide bedding + large closets), each master suite has its en-suite bathroom, and 3 bedrooms (new beds, large closets or wardrobe), with two new bathrooms separated.
Huge, very bright living room of around 110 m², opening onto a 70 m2 terrace comprising a covered area with a lounge and a section for lunch (large table and comfortable chairs for 10 people). The living room with fireplace, XXL flat screen, canal + sat channel, wifi and large picture window overlooks an oak forest, direct access to the American kitchen very well equipped for cooking in the Basque Country. A large dining table for 10 people + a breakfast area.
Flat land of 1000 m², summer kitchen (Plancha Forge de l'Adour 3 burners size XXL), not overlooked and absolute calm!
Heated swimming pool equipped with a secure electric shutter, surrounded by a 120 m2 wooden terrace with 10 deckchairs for sunbathing.

bon séjour mais pour le prix il devrait y avoir un minimum de courses a disposition , sel fin, sucre , poivre , the , café .... machine a laver la vaisselle a réviser, un fauteuil avec des clous qui dépassent ( logeuse au courant) ce qui fait qu'une de nos invité a troué son pantalon , pas d'extincteur dans la maison il faudrait mettre a disposition une serviette de plage par chambre

Superbe maison proche de saint jean Luz tout en étant au milieu de la campagne/ foret. Tout les lieux d interets se trouvent dans un rayon de 20min de voiture.

Schönes großes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit ein paar Schwächen

Das Haus entsprach im Großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung und Bebilderung. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der großzügige Wohnraum sowie die Ausstattung mit Möbeln und in der Küche (Geräte und Geschirr). Negativ war: - Es gibt im Haus nur zwei Toiletten. Die Anzeige spricht von 4 Bädern, gibt aber zur Anzahl Toiletten keine Auskunft, was zu dem Schluss führt, dass jedes Bad über eine Toilette verfügt. Im unteren Geschoss schlafen bis zu 8 Personen, die sich eine Toilette teilen - Die Handtücher sind zwar guter Qualität, allerdings hat jeder Gast genau ein Badetuch zur Verfügung, was sowieso wenig ist, in einem Haus mit Swimmingpool aber in jedem Fall zu wenig - Der Kühlschrank kühlt selbst mit Maximalleistung nicht ausreichend, die Gefrierfächer waren vereist, so dass die Schubläden schwer zugingen - Am Pool selbst gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, was bei 35 Grad Celsius unangenehm war (die zwei Schirme von der Terrasse runterzutragen, ist zu schwer). Trotz der genannten Schwächen haben wir eine schöne Woche im Haus verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt.

« Grandiose , maison spacieuse,piscine très agréable,calme absolu. Peut être un petit bémol pour la très grande pièce salle à manger -salon- cuisine = pièce chaude par grandes chaleurs , difficile à rafraîchir. On garde toutefois l’envie de revenir.

Excellentes vacances au pays basque

Grande Propriété impeccable en terme d'esthétique, taille, literie, propreté et autres prestations, notamment la cuisine bien équipée et la plancha. La localisation est idéale pour visiter le pays basque. Une voiture est néanmoins nécessaire pour les "petites courses" comme le pain du matin. La piscine est parfaite avec un rideau de sécurité pour les plus petits. Le seul bémol: la maison porte la macaron d'accessibilité pour les personnes handicapées: pour une personne en fauteuil roulant : les toilettes ne sont pas adaptées (tout le reste oui) Au total: nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison

Lekker ruim huis, fijn zwembad, maar benedenverdieping erg vochtig. Kleding, bedden daardoor klam. Voor deze prijs had het ook schoner mogen zijn.

Great house with everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum letzten Tag. Sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Vor allem der Tischtennistisch war das Highlight für unseren kleinen Sohn. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von St. Jean de Luz und man benötigt ein Auto um die Einkäufe zu tätigen, findet jedoch alles in einem Umkreis von 10 Minuten. Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100% überein mit dem was das Haus bietet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
