Gîte located in the owners' house (on the ground floor East near the garden), bright living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room/wc, outdoor laundry with dryer, veranda. Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD (USB-Bluetooth port), baby equipment, bicycle repair kit, fishing equipment.
Included: sheets, towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (75€).
In the quiet of the countryside with hiking, cycling (Vélodyssée and La Loire à vélo). Trips on the Estuary. Near the Canal, beaches and sports activities.
