The Space:

Welcome to Chalet Skyvue, located in Saint-Philémon in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, just 450 metres from Massif du Sud. Offering beautiful views of the ski slopes and surrounding mountains, this chalet is the perfect place to enjoy nature in every season. Whether you are looking for outdoor adventures, relaxation, or quality time with family or friends, Chalet Skyvue provides a comfortable and well-equipped setting for your next getaway.



The chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests and features three bedrooms spread over two levels. Sleeping arrangements include two Queen beds, one Double bed, a triple bunk bed with three Single beds, and one additional Single bed. Two living rooms provide plenty of space for everyone, while two full bathrooms, including one with a rain shower upstairs, add to the comfort of your stay.



After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the region, unwind in the private four-season hot tub, available year-round. Whether relaxing under the stars in winter or enjoying a mild summer evening, it is the perfect place to sit back and take in the surrounding scenery.



The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for your group easy. It includes everything you need to cook during your stay, as well as a raclette grill, an electric fondue set, and children’s dinnerware.



Outdoors, enjoy the BBQ, a propane fire area on the patio, and a wood-burning fire pit, available from May to October. The chalet also features high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, air conditioning, and an electric vehicle charging station.



Chalet Skyvue’s location is one of its greatest features. With Massif du Sud and Parc du Massif du Sud nearby, you will have easy access to a wide variety of activities, including downhill skiing, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, nature observation, and snowmobile trails. The Chaudière-Appalaches region is known for its spectacular scenery, wide-open spaces, and exceptional outdoor activities.



Good to know:



• Pets are welcome at no additional charge, with a maximum of three pets. All pets must be declared at the time of booking. Pet equipment is available at the chalet, including a crate and various accessories.



• Four daily passes to Parc du Massif du Sud, valid for 4 adults and 4 children, are provided free of charge during your stay.



• Four parking spaces are available. During winter, two of these spaces are more easily accessible with a four-wheel-drive (4x4) vehicle.



• The minimum age to make a reservation is 25 years old.



House rules:



• Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.



• Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. The maximum capacity of 10 guests must be respected at all times.



• All guests must respect the house rules and the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.



• An outdoor camera facing the parking area and a noise-level monitoring device are installed to help ensure the safety and proper use of the property.



• Any violation of the house rules may result in intervention and/or termination of the stay.
