House located in a wooded setting, in Saint-Philibert, on a road between countryside and coastline. It is 500 m from the banks of the Crac'h River, its coastal paths and oyster farms.
The village is 3 km away, the port of Trinité-Sur-Mer, its shops and services are 2.5 km away. Kernevest beach is 4.5 km away, directly accessible by the coastal road that offers superb views of the bay.
Auray and its station are about ten kilometres away.
