Located in a quiet residence, facing the small beach of Presses in Saint Philibert, this house is ideal for a relaxing holiday with swimming. It will seduce you with its location, living space, decoration and private terrace facing the sea.

Less than 5 minutes by bike from the village, it offers a view of the entrance to the marina of La Trinité-sur-mer. Ideal for a worry-free holiday.

This small terraced house has everything of a large one and is organised around its living area on the garden level, integrating living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. Upstairs, the night area consists of three bedrooms accommodating six people and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

In addition, a space under the slope serves as a playroom for children.

The garage has been converted into an annex and houses the fridge-freezer, which is too large to find its place in the kitchen; the laundry area (with washing machine & tumble dryer) and offers a welcome storage space for bicycles and beach equipment.

The fireplace, decorative, is not usable.

Une agréable immersion

Des problèmes de santé nous ont obligés à différer nos dates. A cet effet, l'Agence Immobilière en gestion de cette location a été formidable, disponible, à l'écoute et nous a permis de venir sans aucun soucis de formalités. Nous les remercions beaucoup pour leur gestion et propreté des locaux. Nous étions très bien dans cette location où tout est fonctionnel. A l'étage, les chambres sont très agréables, nous sommes immergés dans le monde de la voile par les livres que nous avons appréciés. Ne parlons pas des fruits de mer à deux pas, nous sommes des amateurs. La location est très bien place pour découvrir le Golf du Morbihan, ses couleurs, ses odeurs, son coté sauvage, son patrimoine. Le plus, c'est l'eau, présente partout, mer calme du golf, marais, étangs, rivières, qui a vraiment été dépaysant. Nous recommandons cette location avec vue sur mer et si près des chemins de randonnées où l'on peut aller à la Trinité sur Mer à pied. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci au propriétaire de partager et de faire confiance.

l'annonce est erronée

dans la cuisine il n'y a pas le réfrigérateur, il est dans le garage et il y deux marches. Les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas dans la cuisine mais dans le meuble de la salle de bains ce qui est totalement illogique Il n'y a pas de store au velux de la salle de bains la maison de coté à ses fenêtres à l'étage qui donnent sur la baignoire qui ser de douche, il faut se doucher dos au vélux, et comme la paroi de douche est petite en largeur on inonde le sol de la salle de bains Il n'y a pas de store occultant dans la chambre à fenêtre sans double vitrage, un bruit incessant dès 5h du matin des oiseaux de mer, puis des camionettes avec leurs remorques à vides pour mettre les bateaux à la mer. Cette espèce de planche en bois qu'il faut fixer à l'extérieur de cette fenêtre qui part en morceau tellement elle est abimée par le temps, le sel de l'océan et qui pèse au moin 10 kg, tous les soirs, à enlever tous les matins. L'annonce précise un garage, c'est faux, le garage est inutilisable il n'est pas adapté à ce qu'une voiture se gare Une maison humide, froide des années 1980, jamais remises aux normes d'isolations phoniques et thermique Un prix de location anormalement cher pour cette maison qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire, il n'y a pas de départ pour les pistes de ski, en bretagne??? quel rapport avec cette maison !!! Vous ne voyez l'océan qui si vous êtes debout , les haies non entretenues de la résidence et du propriétaire ne sont pas entretenues, pas de vue sur les voiliers...
